Impact
Between 15:27 UTC and 16:09 UTC, the following were affected: - New member enrollments - Adding or removing monitoring items - Customer service search - End user portal logins
API operations, alerting, and data feeds were not affected. No customer data was lost or exposed.

There are no actions clients should take at this time. Any logins, enrollments, or monitoring item changes that failed during the impact window should be re-attempted by the end user.
